Operations Manager Needed for Concrete Polishing Business

Must be able to handle all aspects of jobs from start to finish and do so with multiple crews including working with the customer. They will be responsible for hiring, firing, filling out petty cash, mileage, per job expense reports, etc. This person would also be performing a lot less physical work and instead managing the physical and training. Making sure the job production stayed on schedule. Making sure the presentation of the company was 110% buy making sure the equipment was maintained and cleaned, equipment and tools properly stored and organized. Among others still to be determined duties. The right person may work into the position. Pay is $20-30 per hour depending on skill and management level.

Yet, i am not satisfied with the opportunites in this company. I have read that an operations manager is needed for your business. I have 1.5 years of relative experience in the field of polished concrete. I have experience in all aspects of the process from operating grinders and hand grinders, vaccum systems, as well maintaing this equiptment, to delegating responsibilties to other members of the crew to ensure quality and proficiency.
