AXA Stone is seeking applicants. The company environment is extremely entrepreneurial therefore the ideal candidate must posses a strong entrepreneurial self motivated, energetic, and creative spirit, the ability to prioritize and take initiative, multitask efficiently, and practice effective time management. We require team players, who can juggle a quickly changing, tight schedule.


Minimum Required Experience:
You must have experience making outbound phone calls, recording information, a clear speaking voice, excellent follow up skills, great interpersonal skills, perfect telephone etiquette, ability to solicit clients and make appointments, excellent communication skills-both written and verbal, excellent grammar and editing skills, remarkable problem-solving abilities.


Computer literate:
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, and Outlook, some knowledge of QUICK BOOKS pro, typing 25+ WPM, and must be Internet Savvy


Salary:
Based on experience and commission.
We are looking for people who want to make money, not people who are going to look at the clock and wish it was time to leave for the day. You must be a self-starter and self-motivated. You should also be one who can detect and finish what needs to get done with little to no supervision.
Do not waste my time and I will not waste yours.

Ah, yes... and the ceiling? I am currently subject to a limit where I work in sales... ($4000/mo MAX. Not very motivational if you ask me)

EG:

If I sold a million$ contract, I would only get $4g's that's it... So what's the ceiling?
