Introducing the only all gear driven grinding and polishing machines on the market. No more worry about belts breaking during the middle of a job and causing costly delays!

KLINDEX’s revolutionary design has taken floor preparation to the next level.

KLINDEX has been around for 22 years and now has opened up distribution of these products to North America. LEVETEC is proud to announce that we are the master distributor for North America. Levetec offers excellent customer service and the most experienced technical support in the industry.

Major Features of Gear Driven vs. Belt Driven:
•Production -The award winning all gear design results in a machine that is lighter, develops extreme amounts of torque and can grind three times faster than any machine on the market today.
•Less downtime – No belts to break. The gears have no shear pins and are protected by a gear box which makes this machine ready to hold up to the most demanding job.
•Planetary action – The proven method of leveling floors for over 60 years.
•Balanced – Can literally be controlled with two fingers.
•Durable – We have been selling these machines for over a year and have yet to sell a single repair part.
•Torque – Chews through VCT tile and existing coats quickly. If this much torque was put on a belt drive machine, the belt would snap or slip.
•Modular Design - All Klindex machines are built with portability in mind. The Levighetor Max breaks down into three pieces for easy, one man, mobility.
Expander 15HP, 480V, 617 Lbs., 31 in., 300 – 1300 rpm
Levighetor Max 7HP, 220V, 371 Lbs., 21 in, 300 – 900 rpm

Re: Next Generation Grinding and Polishing Machines

Try EDCO or STI Prep/Master for a machine that will keep you under budget and on time.
Thanks

Re: Next Generation Grinding and Polishing Machines

I'm not thoroughly familiar with our competitor's machines. The people I talk to that have Edco machines tell me they are two head, non planetary, fixed speed and very fatiguing to operate.
Each time we have done a side by side demo with the Expander and the Prepmaster, the customer has bought the Expander gear drive machine because of the obvious advantages.
I've sold gear driven machines to customers who own Prepmasters, who in turn were able to test both machines side by side. The reports I'm getting are that the Expander grinds three times faster. And the Expander costs less. So as far as being on time and under budget, the Expander would be the obvious choice.
I have two Prepmasters that came in as trade ins from customers, each upgrading to a second Expander. I can give anyone looking for a belt drive machine an excellent deal on a Prepmaster.
I do appreciate the feedback and would welcome you sharing your experiences with gear driven machines.

Thanks
Fred Wade

Re: Next Generation Grinding and Polishing Machines

We have completely opposite views on this matter. Rental tough is the term EDCO uses and we agree. We have never had a contractor complain about fatigue from using one. We rent all types of equipment and all of our customers prefer Prep/Master's 3030 for grinding/polishing for large jobs and EDCO for small jobs. We recently had an open house with polishing demo. The Prep/Master was so easy to use that we had my wife demonstrate it. She could even change the pads due to the velcro holders. Belts vs. Gear drive, neither one has caused us any grief or any complaints. Blastrac so far has been the worse so far. Thanks for the different view.

Re: Next Generation Grinding and Polishing Machines

I read no such "slamming" as you claim, Jo. I see nothing wrong with "promoting" one product over another and great discretion should be employed in this regard to prevent as you say "shameless plugging" of one's products that one sells to the public.

That is to say that I wouldn't solicit my shampoo on this website which BTW leaves your hair shiny and manageable all the live-long-day without paying for an ad to do so. But if you're interested call "1800shampoo" to place your order today. Free shipping and handling in North America included for the first 500 orders of $100.00 or more.

LOL

Now that was a joke obviously... for effect only.

There is a difference between what Russellr was doing and what I just did.

Really, though... I mean, FREE SHIPPING FOLKS! Come on!

Still joking...

Please call.

Talking Re: Next Generation Grinding and Polishing Machines

I'm sure we would all agree that Jo deserves a big thanks for providing this forum And I would agree with Jo that there is a difference between a "slam" and a "discussion". If I were to say to G K Vincent that his shampoo stinks and there are better shampoos out there, without stating facts to backup my reasoning, I'd call that a slam. However, if I say my shampoo has been proven in tests to volumnize your hair 20% more than G.K.'s, I'd call that discussion. BTW not only does my shampoo do more volumnizing, it can double as a whitening toothpaste. Please call 1-800-Shampaste to order. I'll match G.K and give free shipping to the first 1,000 orders of $50 bucks or more.

Thanks again Jo.

Absolutely!

Jo, THANK YOU!

And if you order within the next 100 years, you'll receive not only free shipping but I'll throw in, not one, but 2 travel sized bottles, a "his" and "hers", of product just for calling at no additional charge! A value of $12.99!

That's not all, just for being gullible, we'll also triple-charge your credit card at no additional refund!

Time is running out. This offer won't last.

LOL
