Klindex has developed new system to give to the natural stones an ANTIQUES LOOK FINISHING .

Thanks to the ANTIKE FLOOR BRUSHES it is possible to make an antique finishing on marble and on any type of stones, without using any chemical

The full range of grits and shapes allows to use by any kind of machine or working system in an economical, pratical and versatile way , giving the possibility to choose the perfect finishing on any stone. Furthermore the complete process makes the surface waterproofing and easy to clean.

We suggest to use wet system to obtain a better finishing.

INSTRUCTION FOR USE :It depends on the kind of result and finishing that the customer wants to reach. Thanks to the many grits available, it is possible to obtain any kind of finishing effect: honed, natural effect, polished, etc.

GRIT 36 : for very coarse grinding, when we want to achieve a very uneven surface and open the natural stone veins, start with ANTIKE BRUSH diam 430 instead of standard size diam 100. This brush is also good for dirt and incrustation removal.

GRIT 46 : for coarse grinding and for dirt and incrustation removal

GRIT 70 : for medium grinding , vein openings and for surface cleaning

GRIT 120 : to start polishing and for vein and surface rounding

GRIT 220 : for the first finishing stage . It is also suitable for de-waxing or for normal cleaning

GRIT 320 : for a very good polishing stage

GRIT 500 : to obtain a wet-look finishing

HONED FI NISHING : treat the stone with ANTIKO. It will give deep color effect.

NATURAL COLOUR EFFECT : treat the stone with KI WTERPROOFING. It is a neutral color.

POLISHED EFFECT : use POLISH KMT with DISCOLUX

AVERAGE CONSUME: up to 300 mq
The consume of the brushes depend from the type of the floors. If the floor is abrasive like Porfido, Pietra Serena, Ardesia, Travertino etc the consume could be less than 100 mq. Furthermore for the grit 40 and 60 there is a higher consume because they have to work more.

SPECIAL ADVICE : Working on marble, limestone, gres porcelain and any regular surface we suggest to use LEVIGHETOR with PLANETARIO K1000 or K800. Working on PORFIDO, SERIZZI, BEOLE A SPACCO and on very irregular surfaces we suggest to use LEVIGHETOR with FRANKFURT PLATE ( instead of Planeatario )

FURTHER INFORMATIOM ABOUT ANTIKE BRUSHES : Another application of ANTIKE BRUSH is for removal the dirty from irregular or absorbent surfaces such as TERRACOTTA, PORFIDI, SERIZZI ETC. It works better and faster than normal Tynex Brushes. Using ANTIKE BRUSH grit 46 it cleans very well and leaves the surfaces in good condition. Moreover thanks to the different grit of ANTIKE BRUSH it is possible to choose the type of finishing.

Re: New System To Make Antiques Floor Finishing

From where does one obtain these pads? Do they work on a hand-held polisher?
