2008 International Builders' Show To Showcase The Industry's Largest Product Display

Housing professionals from across the country and abroad will convene at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Fla., Feb. 13-16 for the 2008 International Builders’ Show (IBS), the housing industry’s largest annual trade show and exhibition. The National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) event, held in one of the largest convention centers in the country, will feature the most cutting-edge designs, technologies, products and services in the industry.
More than 1,900 exhibitors will be on display across more than one million net square feet of exhibit space. Suppliers span more than 300 product categories ranging across every aspect of the residential and light commercial construction fields. Here are just some of the many exciting innovations that builders will see:



Appliances:

Alsons will exhibit its line of distinctively styled showerheads and debut the IN2ITION® hand shower/shower head shower system. The ergonomically designed IN2ITION® combines a traditional hand-held shower with four and five spray settings, and a fixed shower head with an extra wide spray; giving consumers the option to use either one separately or together for a full-body shower experience.

Aqua Glass will debut the new Pro-Eleganza, a four-piece tub and shower engineered for the building professional and designed with the discriminating customer in mind. Three more items on display include two new laundry sinks and the new Firenze® shower.

ASKO Appliances, Inc. will show the world’s first fully integrated washers and dryers. These products blend seamlessly into their surroundings and are capable of transforming the laundry room into a pleasant and stylish environment.

Brizo®, a new premium fashion faucet brand, will reveal the Belo™ pull-down kitchen faucet. Inspired by the graceful lines of a swan, Belo is not only a work of art for the home, but provides consumers with both functionality and durability with its (m)Lock™ magnetic docking station, four-function pull-out wand, diamond-embedded ceramic valve, and one-piece PEX waterway.

Delta Faucet Company will debut its patented Diamond™ Seal Technology. This new patented water delivery system uses real diamonds which crush minerals in the water, guaranteeing protection from leaks and drips, and offering consumers lead-free waterways by prohibiting water from coming in contact with potential metal contaminants.

FAFCO will debut the newest addition to its line of innovative, affordable solar hot-water systems. Sungrabber,™ a lightweight, all-polymer system is designed to reduce water heating bills by up to 50 percent, and is offered to builders, HVAC and plumbing professionals, utilities and distributors.

Fire Magic will present its new all-stainless Echelon E1060 Series Gas Grill, with a beautiful outdoor island. All Fire Magic gas grills feature a lifetime warranty on case stainless burners and cooking grids and are manufactured in the USA.

FuelMaker Corporation will exhibit “Phill,” its home refueling appliance for natural gas vehicles (NGV). Phill compresses natural gas from an existing gas line and enables NGV owners to refuel their vehicles from the comfort and convenience of their own homes.

Gaggenau will introduce “First Professionals,” a complete professional-grade kitchen for around $15,000, in which each appliance embodies gourmet design and cultural experiences for a sophisticated life, at an affordable price.

Generac Power Systems will debut its new line of home standby generators that provide 24/7 automatic protection from power outages. The innovative, two-in-one GenReadyTM load center makes any home generator ready at the time of construction.

Grand Hall USA will exhibit its Eternal hybrid water heating system that combines both tank and tankless technologies without the frustrations of either. Using patented counter-flow design and two-pass heat exchanger technology, Eternal maintains an 86 percent thermal efficiency rating with consistent pressure.

Lasco Bathware will launch its national Builder Services program, providing a one-stop shop for bathware installation, featuring benefits like manufacturer expertise, planning and specifying, and start-to-finish installation management. Services can be purchased directly from Lasco and can include specialization in commercial or ADA installations, as well as installation consultations.

Lochinvar Corporation will display its high-efficiency water heaters, heating boilers and pool heaters for residential and commercial applications.

Maytag will exhibit its ENERGY STAR®-qualified dishwashers with an industry-leading SteamClean option to get glassware clean the first time and every time. With this high-heat option, the dishwashers remove even the most stubborn residue and spots from glassware, delivering more powerful cleaning performance than ever before.

Miele will showcase its new MasterCool™ collection. MasterCool embodies Miele’s legendary quality and innovation from its high-performance dual-cooling system and intuitive MasterCool touch controls to its patented Wi-Fi RemoteVision™ technology that delivers total peace of mind as it protects valuable food and wine investments.

MTI Whirlpools will exhibit its latest tub, Kahlo. Kahlo is the ultimate in comfort, packaged in a clean design characterized by generous functionality and a unique extended ledge.

Real-Fyre will display its G46 series gas burner which features hidden controls, piezo ignition, system and economical fuel consumption for either natural or LP gas.

Sears Kenmore and Craftsman brands will showcase its Craftsman Orbit Sander with vibration reduction, and the Kenmore Elite Refrigerator with Microban.

Siemens Home Appliances will exhibit its avantGarde™ iSlide™ convection oven and avantGarde™ touchSlide™ cooktops, both offering the ultimate in control, performance and style. Perfect for loft spaces, these built-in innovations bring Siemens’ signature German engineering, technological innovation and pure European flush design to the American kitchen.

Trane will introduce its three-stage, high-efficiency XC95 Communicating Furnace with up to a 95 percent Annual Fuel Utilization Efficiency (AFUE) rating. In addition, the Trane XC95 features a variable-speed blower motor, Comfort R™ technology and the ComfortLink II™ communicating technology, which is plug-n-play and comes with self-configuring auto-discovery.

Travis Industries, a premier manufacturer of premium hearth products, debuts its line-up of ‘See-Thru’ gas fireplaces available from all three Travis Industries’ brands – Fireplace Xtrordinair, Avalon and Lopi. It also unveils the Tempest Torch– a dramatic outdoor gas torch featuring a spinning, spiral-like flame within an open-aired, rectangular ceramic glass housing.

Thermador will showcase its sleek new electric cooktops, which boast infrared sensor technology to accurately monitor temperature for precise results and time savings. Thermador’s redesigned gas cooktop line features the next-generation exclusive Star Burner® and now offers the most powerful 30-inch gas cooktop on the market today.

TurboChef will showcase its 30-inch single- and double-wall Speedcook ovens, featuring the company’s restaurant-proven technology, adapted and enhanced for today’s home cook, allowing one to prepare meals up to 15 times faster than conventional methods with exceptional quality. A 12 lb. turkey that once took four hours now cooks in 42 minutes in the TurboChef oven.

Whirlpool Corporation will feature a completed, sustainable kitchen featuring a number of different manufacturers. They will also feature new products from Jenn-Air, KitchenAid, Maytag, Whirlpool and Amana brands.



Wall and Floor Products:

East Teak Fine Hardwoods Inc., the industry leader in first European quality teak and other fine hardwood products, will exhibit its line of FSC-certified, 100 percent recycled teak and rosewood. All of East Teak’s reclaimed woods are recovered by hand from old structures, thereby avoiding the need to fell living trees.

Extrutech Plastics Inc. will exhibit its complete line of building products, including trims, boards, panels, doors and shutters. All products are maintenance-free and easy to install.

Crossville® will introduce Building Blox, a collection of Porcelain Stone® tile created in collaboration with internationally renowned Robert A. M. Stern Design. Three patterns, one floral motif and two inspired by classic architectural traditions, coordinate with a solid available in nine clean, contemporary colors.

Hacker Industries, Inc., top supplier of cementious floor underlayments with more than a billion and a half square feet installed nationwide, will showcase its FIRM-FILL® CSD for light-gauge steel frame construction and products for green building. It will also feature its premier line of FIRM-FILL Gypsum Concretes, GYP-SPAN and Acoustical Control products.

KLEENDECK, LLC, will introduce KleenWrap, a disposable and recyclable product that protects sub-floors during construction. It installs quickly, protects for months and removes easily, saving builders and remodelers time and money while improving indoor air quality, making homes and buildings healthier.

Phantom Screens® will demonstrate to builders and architects how its retractable screens can be used to preserve a home's views, design, and privacy while providing full ventilation, shading, and protection from insects. As a leading provider of retractable screens, Phantom Screens provides products for all types of doors, windows, and oversized applications like patios, verandas, lanais, and garages.

Pollmeier Leimholz will showcase its German-engineered, precision-milled flooring made with German beech, a product that takes stains supremely well and can match any desired look and protect the future investment. This long lifespan product, designed for both nail and glue-down applications, is ideal for both multi-family builders and single–family homes.

Rehmeyer Precision Millwork, a Pennsylvania hardwood floor manufacturer, will feature its specialized custom-crafted wide-plank products. The company will also showcase its recently introduced precision-milled, pre-finished boxed flooring line.

StablWall will exhibit its wall-bracing system, which offers a one-time, non-invasive solution for damaged or failing foundations. StablWall’s carbon fiber technology offers longevity and stability without the sacrifice of living space or the hassle of excavation.

The Painter’s Pyramid is a new and versatile tool that saves time and effort on many projects without sacrificing quality. The Painter’s Pyramid elevates the object being painted on rounded, non-stick tips which enable paint to be applied to all surfaces without waiting for the paint to dry thereby allowing projects to be completed in one session.

The Sherwin Williams Company will introduce ResilienceTM Premium Exterior Pain, an exterior paint that allows for painting even when rain is imminent. Available in Flat or Satin finish, Resilience is formulated with patented MoistureGuardTM technology to provide superior moisture resistance.



Construction Materials:

Atlantic Premium and Classic Shutters introduces its line of durable, elegant and historically accurate composite shutters featuring operable hardware. Some shutters are available in a storm-rated option.

Atlantis Rail will feature its complete line of modular stainless-steel railing systems. With infill options of horizontal/vertical cable, balusters and glass panels, this innovative collection of low-maintenance railings offers unobstructed views capable of fitting any indoor or outdoor design situation.

AZEK Building Products will showcase its new AZEK Deck with Procell Technology, which resists moisture, food stains, mold/mildew and scratches. With two code listings, it is truly low-maintenance decking in a woodgrain texture and five colors.

Carter Lumber, one of the largest building materials dealers in North America, will highlight its latest product offerings. Carter is dedicated to providing its customers with exceptional service and quality building materials to help grow their businesses.

DAB Homes of Canada will present its prefabricated wall and floor systems that permit a single-family home to be erected in one day. DAB Homes can ship worldwide.

DaVinci Roofscapes will showcase its revolutionary polymer shingles that offer homeowners and contractors the authentic colors and natural textures of quarried slate or rough-hewn cedar shake. Factory pre-collated blends (size and color) assure a distinctive look every time, as well as fast worry-free installation with no special labor, framing or materials requirements.

DCI Products will present its patented technology for rooftop, attic and shingle ventilation for new buildings and the retrofit market. DCI’s SmartVent under-shingle, continuous intake vents for virtually all areas of the roof are considered a priceless tool for the architect faced with hard-to-ventilate roof structures.

Delaware Quarries, Inc. will highlight its Tru-Stone® thin veneer, original full veneer and landscaping stone, which will add beauty and character to any home and landscaping surroundings.

Dow Building Solutions will introduce STYROFOAM SISTM structural insulated sheathing, a three-in-one solution offering structural shear bracing, insulation and a water-resistant barrier in one convenient product. Lightweight STYROFOAM SIS saves builders time and labor with a convenient "one trip around the house," while helping consumers reduce energy bills and improve moisture management for the life of their homes.

Eldorado Stone will feature several new products including Coastal Reef, a more refined profile that demonstrates Eldorado’s ability to create something unique that addresses the needs of builders and architects. Widely popular in Florida and the Southern coastal U.S., Coastal Reef stone is available in two colors, Sanibel and Pearl White and in dimensions of 4"-12" in height, 4-16"in length and 1.25" thick.

Fencecrete America LTD. will display its pre-cast concrete fencing options and designs.

Fiber Composites, LLC will unveil the newest WeatherBest Tropical and High Performance decking, setting a new standard for exquisite color and durability. WeatherBest Tropical, available in cypress and teak, plus WeatherBest High Performance Decking, available in Ipe, both have the look and feel of rich exotic woods without the maintenance and expense of real wood.

Fiberweb Typar will debut its newest product, StormWrapTM, which looks and installs like regular house wrap but is fiber reinforced to stand up against extreme weather conditions, including hurricanes and tornadoes. StormWrap is designed for both commercial and residential applications.

Heartland BioComposites will showcase PrairieFence, a dynamic composite fence using both reclaimed and recycled materials including plastic and wheat straw. This dynamic fence allows home buyers to construct any fence while being environmentally friendly.

InSpire Roofing Products introduces its premium slate-like roofing tiles, constructed of a 100-percent recyclable blend of virgin resins and limestone. InSpire is available in the industry’s widest color palette and seven blended colors.

Iron Age Designs will present a line of decorative register covers based on its popular grate patterns. These beautiful recycled cast-metal grates have an eco-friendly finish and transform boring heat registers into sculptural elements.

iLevel by Weyerhauser will feature a range of innovative wood products and solutions that help builders improve their bottom line by optimizing structural framing. New products include the iLevel® Shear Brace, Framer SeriesTM Performance-tested Lumber, iLevel® Subfloor Adhesive, TJO® open-configuration floor joist and the iLevel® Armor.

IQm Trim Boards and Corners by Mid-America will introduce the next generation of cellular PVC-foam trim, featuring the patented Aqua Fin™ water management system. The woodgrain trim comes in the industry’s widest color assortment, with a colored core and the ultimate in color-fade protection.

LP® will introduce LP® SolidStart® laminated strand lumber (LSL) and an expanded line of LP®SmartSide® trim and siding. Other LP highlights will include an enhanced lineup of LP® TopNotch®sub-flooring and the new LP®TechShield® radiant barrier foil which is designed for existing home installation.

Mid-America Siding Components will introduce its innovative new mount block for fiber-cement siding, featuring water-diverting drain channels and realistic wood graining. It’s designed to match colors from all major fiber-cement manufacturers, and to fit the thickness of all fiber-cement panels.

NuCedar Mills, Inc., manufacturer of the first pre-finished clapboard milled from solid PVC boards, will exhibit the newest addition to its collection, Classic Beaded WeatherboardTM. NuCedar’s beaded line features a wide clapboard face highlighted by a distinctive bead at the base of the panel, accurately replicating the past’s aesthetics while delivering the future’s durability.

PGT Industries will showcase its new PGT® Vinyl Series 2100 which offers details such as brickmould, contour grids, simulated divided lites and beveled miter-cut molding for the beauty of wood windows without the hassles. Outstanding product performance, custom sizes, on-time delivery, thermal performance, multiple options, outstanding warranty coverage and one-week delivery.

Platinum Advanced TechnologiesTM will display its innovative energy-efficient building systems, which combine light-gauge steel, polyurethane foam and structural substrates into a composite, offering superior insulation and strength for walls, ceilings and roofs. Advanced panelized products mean residential and light commercial projects are green, stronger and much faster to complete, lowering project costs.

Siamons International will exhibit its new Concrobium Mold Control product, the only EPA-registered mold-fighting solution that eliminates mold on the job site and prevents it from coming back, with no harmful chemicals. It is easily applied to virtually any building material, both in the field, or during the manufacturing process.

ShuBee, Inc. known for its quality protective and safety products, will feature Wind-O-ShieldTM window film which can save thousands in potential clean up and replacement costs. On-site samples of Red Carpet TreatmentTM Blue Floor Mask, Hard Surface Floor Liner, tub protection and more will be available for trial.

StoneCraft Industries introduces its line of manufactured stone veneers for exterior, kitchen and bath, hearth and outdoor living use. StoneCraft adds rugged good looks without the hefty price and easier installation of natural stone.

Structural Insulated Panel Association will give demonstrations on the labor-saving benefits of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs). SIPs allow builders to create an energy-efficient building envelope while cutting labor costs.

Superior Walls will showcase its Energy-efficient Xi wall panels, used to create a damp-proof home foundation. The custom-designed precast panels feature steel reinforced concrete and 2 ½ inches of DOW extruded polystyrene insulation to create a permanent barrier against sidewall water penetration.

TAMKO Building Products will feature Heritage Vintage, the latest addition to TAMKO’s Heritage asphalt shingle line. With two new colors, Heritage Vintage portrays the look of real wood shakes with its striking cuts and angular lines.

Tecton Products will unveil a new fiberglass siding system, Tecton Structural Siding. This advanced product line siding system joins the Tecton Door System and recently licensed Tecton Architectural Trim as premium high-value, low- maintenance products for use in exterior residential applications.

The Foundry introduces shakes, shingles and shapes that give homeowners the ultimate in low-maintenance, cedar-look vinyl siding. The Foundry’s products, backed by a limited lifetime warranty, are made authentic with a unique manufacturing process that uses more than 100 different molds.

The Southern Pine Council will highlight its new green building information, four new brochures, a new e-class, and will offer a deck giveaway sponsorship.

Tiger Claw, in association with the Southern Pine Council, will debut a new way for DIYers, builders and remodelers to build beautiful, long-lasting, environmentally friendly decks at about 50 percent of the cost. Tiger Claw Hidden Deck Fasteners' unique patented design produces a smooth "nail free" surface to emphasize the beauty of the wood, ensure safety and durability, and prolong the longevity of wood.

TimberTech will showcase its new XLM (extreme low-maintenance) decking: the industry’s only Class A, Fire Rated PVC board. At 40 percent lighter than conventional composites, XLM is easier and faster to install and comes in three colors — RiverRock, SandRidge, and Mountain Cedar — with a different grain pattern on opposite faces for added versatility.

Titan Manufacturing will display its fully sustainable composite roofing products, including Spanish, slate and shake profiles using Titan’s revolutionary multi-coloring process. Titan’s Old World Spanish and Old World Spanish A4 tile, the only tried and tested composite Spanish tile on the market, will be among the featured products.

Trex will unveil its completely redesigned Trex Artisan Series Railing system. The most versatile modular railing system available, Trex Artisan Series Railing offers premium quality and aesthetics, along with ultimate design flexibility, to consumers and builders who want to create truly personalized outdoor living space.

Wellcraft will introduce its basement living area egress systems. So easy a child could use it, a Wellcraft Egress System combines functionality with aesthetics, and offers families peace of mind in emergencies by allowing for easy evacuation from the basement.



Doors, Cabinetry, Countertops and Windows:

Attic Access Door Hatch will showcase its E-Z Hatch Attic Access Door System, an easy-to-use highly insulated system that installs in minutes and provides an air-sealed, professionally insulated access opening into the attic space. An alternative to pull-down attic stairs, the E-Z Hatch exceeds all code requirements in both new and remodeling projects.

Benjamin Obdyke Incorporated will spotlight its new Gap Guard™ low-pressure, closed-cell expandable foam sealant for windows and doors. It will also feature its full line of Home Slicker™ rainscreen system component products that alleviate moisture problems in residential wall assemblies by providing continuous ventilation and drainage space.

Bolection Door, America’s largest manufacturer of one-piece wood composite interior doors, will showcase its latest design innovations under its Bolection and CYMA brands. The company will also be promoting its custom design capabilities and endless door options.

CGI Windows and Doors which manufacturers the strongest impact-resistant windows and doors in the industry, will debut its Series 560 impact-resistant aluminum sliding glass door with large missile design pressures of +120/-170 PSF. While continuing CGI’s reputation for beauty and clean design, CGI’s new SGD also minimizes installation cost with a simplified framing system, trims, clips and accessories.

ClosetMaid® will introduce the custom-designed, professionally-installed MultiSuite™ garage storage system that’s perfect for the garage, basement, utility room and laundry room. In trend upgrades, ClosetMaid welcomes new Chocolate Pear finish to the MasterSuite® line, along with stylish Satin Chrome Wire available exclusively to builders.

CMI/CraftMaster Doors will introduce its new, three-panel CraftMaster® Crossmore™ Interior Door, featuring classic Mission-style, flat-panel design with an elegant, smooth finish. Crossmore was inspired by design trends in today’s kitchen and bath cabinetry that reflect growing consumer preference for simple, straight lines.

Formica Corporation will showcase its Formica® brand laminate with 12 new patterns that are available with the Radiance finish. High-gloss and punctuated with texture, the finish features holographic facets that reflect and refract light in a natural veined pattern.

GlasWeld will display its Gforce Scratch Removal System, a USGlass magazine 2007 Product of the Year winner, which quickly and easily removes even deep scratches from all types of glass. The system can help companies reduce scrap ratios, product defects and customer returns; eliminate costly reworks; and improve efficiencies throughout the production process.

HOPPE North America Inc., will exhibit its HLS™ 7 Series Stainless Steel Multipoint Locking System. Unlike traditional multipoint systems that can only be activated with the interior handle, the HLS™ 7 Series with its sequential timing device, incorporates an innovative handle lock-out feature so the multi-points can be activated from the exterior by just lifting the handle.

Johnson Hardware introduces the new Series 2060 heavy-duty pocket door frame which accommodates doors weighing up to 300 pounds and features heavy-gauge all-steel split studs for maximum wall rigidity. The new design makes a pocket door wall sheeted with standard wall board material comparable in stiffness to standard non-pocket door stud walls, eliminates warping and can be used for single or converging pocket door applications.

Kolbe & Kolbe Millwork will be featuring many new exterior colors on its custom-made energy-efficient windows and doors. Unique displays including bell curve sill push-out casements with wraparound radius mull unit, custom-designed entry doors, the debut of the complete line of Windquest Series high-performance windows and doors and a new product concept.

Kwikset will exhibit SmartKey, a technological innovation that provides superior security and the convenience of re-keying locks quickly and easily without removing them from the door. SmartKey’s patented side-locking bar technology replaces the traditional pin and tumbler design. This design includes BumpGuard™ protection for improved security against lock bumping.

Lasertron will debut a unique stainless-steel recessed cabinet perfect for storing collectibles or pool cues. The cabinets are flush to the wall and customizable to any specifications.

Loti Corporation will exhibit the most innovative edge treatment in the industry. Gem Loc Premier Edge is the versatile answer to age-old design vs. budget dilemmas, offering countless combinations of laminate and solid surfacing to indulge even the most discerning taste and style.

Paradise Outdoor Kitchens by Classic Home Elements will exhibit its line of modular outdoor kitchen cabinetry which allows for customization according to available outdoor living space. Constructed from marine-grade polmer, the cabinetry is designed to withstand all U.S. climate zones by using products such as UV inhibitors that assure almost no color fade and hardware components that provide superior longevity.

Pella Corporation will debut its newest entry systems including a variety of wood doors made with superior craftsmanship. The doors are made of the finest quality woods including mahogany, rustic walnut, American white oak and cherry. The signature collection combines exceptional design and construction with patterned and beveled insulated glass, metal caming, forged iron, and unique decorative hardware in a variety of options.

Plastpro, Inc., a leading supplier of fiberglass doors and home products, will exhibit its new line of Wrought Iron Door Lites, which feature decorative wrought iron accents enclosed within two panes of decorative exterior glass. The innovative design is beautiful and maintenance-free.

Simpson Door Company will showcase its expanded Performance Series® door line that includes innovative WaterBarrier™ technology on select exterior French doors. WaterBarrier™ offers superior durability and resistance to moisture absorption, a natural fit for exterior doors exposed to rain and moisture.

SpiderLath will feature its innovative fiberglass lath system used in a wide variety of masonry, stone, and stucco applications. Used in place of metal lath or other conventional laths, SpiderLath is rustproof, lightweight, and easy to cut, saving time and money.

Sunburst Shutters will exhibit its newest products, DesignPro exterior shutters, made from lightweight, heavy-duty materials impervious to rotting, cracking, decay and termite infestation. Sunburst will also showcase its new Polywood remote-control interior shutters, constructed from energy-efficient materials and that can be installed on any window and controlled from any room.

The Kitchen Cabinet Manufacturers Association will showcase its Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP), and launch its new Web site, Green Cabinet Source, KCMA Environmental Stewardship Program (ESP). ESP gives cabinet manufacturers a way to demonstrate their commitment to environmental sustainability and help builders and remodelers differentiate themselves through the use of green products while qualifying for points toward green building programs.

Wellborn Cabinet Inc. will display its host of new finishes in an array of options creating an even broader palette. Wellborn has something for everyone with new warm brown stains such as Caramel and Sienna and new painted finishes that include red, yellow, green and taupe. All are available with and without glazes.

Architectural Grille, now celebrating its 25th anniversary, will showcase its high-quality custom grilles offering the latest technology and unlimited design possibilities at a significant cost savings. Architectural Grille was the winner of the McGraw-Hill Construction Best of 2007 - Project of the Year Award for grilles in the new research facility at Brookhaven National Laboratory.

Millennium International Development Corporation will debut FLO n STOP™ , a wireless remote-controlled water security system that allows homeowners to control the main water supply through a wireless transmitter on/off button pad that is set on or near the entry door to a dwelling. When pushed a signal will wirelessly make contact with the Solenoid Valve in the main water supply line and conveniently turn off all the water in the dwelling.

PEARL Protected will exhibit and demonstrate PEARL, the firefighter-recommended permanent escape ladder. Builders can add value to their projects and differentiate their brand by building a safer home with PEARL.

Pole-Wrap Inc. will highlight its line of decorative basement pole coverings. In addition finish offerings in red oak, Pole-Wrap is now available in maple, cherry and paintable MDF.



Tools and Equipment:

Alligator Board a division of Syr-Tech Inc., will highlight its manufactured metal pegboards, and 32" x 16"panels and 32"x3"strips which are available in eight powder-coated colors, stainless steel or unfinished. With its unique dimpled holes and 20-gauge galvanized steel construction, Alligator Board is the world’s strongest metal pegboard, and is compatible with standard pegboard hardware.

Bosch Power Tools and Accessories will introduce its new addition to the SpeedWave Diamond Blade line-up, a 7-¼" blade with a diamond arbor knockout that allows users to not only cut with an angle grinder, but also with any worm drive circular saw. Bosch SpeedWave Diamond Blades cut cured and reinforced concrete, roofing tile, brick and masonry materials.

C.H. Hanson will showcase the SpeedRocker-SSTM, the first fixed-blade knife that features three positive-stop blade positions. Unlike other fixed-blade knives, blades are quickly and easily changed without using tools. What makes SpeedRocker-SS distinctive is ScorSlotTM, which allows the user to snap a tape measure blade directly into the knife over its blade.

Innovative Gloves & Equipment will be exhibiting its line of safety gloves and will debut its glove companion — The Power Band. The Power Band is designed to free your hands by holding things that often get dropped or lost, like nuts, bolts and screws.

Knaack LLC will exhibit its new Monster Box™ Series, featuring the Piano Box, Chest, and Cabinet. Maxus will launch three new X-LITE contractor air compressors — providing the largest selection of the lightest air compressors in the industry. X-LITE compressors are 30 percent lighter than comparable models and have cleaner operation than steel tank compressors, which tend to rust from the inside out.

OLFA North America will present its X OLFA Design Series of high-performance cutting tools featuring OLFA's high-grade carbon tool-steel snap-off blades for improved productivity and cost-savings on any jobsite. Simply snap off a blade segment to refresh the cutting edge. Anti-slip, cushion-grip handles are made of fiberglass and elastomer for chemical resistance and long life.

RIDGID® will introduce its new versatile RIDGID RP 330 pressing tool, which makes quick connections and permits better accessibility in confined areas. Offered in both, battery and corded versions; the durable RIDGID RP 330 press from 1/2-inch to 4-inch joints.

Stiles Machinery Inc. will exhibit its Weinmann line of linear saws and automated-CNC wall panel manufacturing solutions. New for 2008 are the WBS 120 high-speed linear saw and the Opti-100 panel manufacturing solution, providing lower volume fabricators the ability to justify automated, upgradeable, data-driven machinery.

Tapco Integrated Tool Systems will introduce its popular Brakes 14 and 19 for trimming out the house.

T-Brace, LLC will exhibit its new innovative product, T-Brace. The T-Brace is a safety product designed to reduce deflection while working on walk boards. It also provides a more stable and secure work surface.
