What makes Stone's different?
Selection - We are an authorized retailer for more than 100 furniture manufacturers covering everything from leather and upholstery to case goods and bedding. Customers have more than 5,000 fabrics to choose from.

Top Notch Quality - We offer solid wood furniture built to last, and eight-way, hand tied upholstery.

Outstanding Service - At Stone's we take pride in going out of our way to satisfy our customers. We want them to be happy with the furniture they have chosen for their homes and their overall shopping experience.

No Delivery Charges - We make free deliveries all over Massachusetts and even to parts of Maine, New Hampshire, Rhode Island, Connecticut and Vermont.

Expert Sales Staff - Our knowledgeable staff has years of experience helping customers find exactly what they want.

Selling Furniture Is What We Do Best - Stone's does not advertise on television, radio or in newspapers which reduces overhead and helps keep our prices down. We would rather sell you a quality piece of furniture at a good price and have you tell your friends about us. We have been selling furniture at Stone's since 1910 and it is what we do best.

History

Selling furniture has been a Stone family tradition since 1910. Michael Stone founded The Stone Furniture Company in Milford, MA and ran the business before passing it on to his son, Maurice Stone. Maurice owned and operated the business on Central Street in Milford for over 50 years. Maurice's son, Myron Stone took the business over and moved it to Main Street in Milford. Meanwhile, Maurice's youngest son, Mike Stone opened a furniture store in Hopedale, MA. Thirty six years later, after surviving one fire that burned the store down and another fire that burned a warehouse down, Mike Stone is still running the store in Hopedale, MA. His son, Chris Stone, works at the store and represents the 4th generation of the business.
