I have been meaning to thank you for all of your help this year. I learned so much in class back in January, and took so much more home from our group conversations. My sales are reaching new highs month after month, referrals are growing, and I even raised my prices by more than 10%. In fact I just completed restoring a condo lobby last week and I earned the job even being 10% higher than the highest of all bids.
My wife thinks I walk with a new swagger since I returned from class in Jan, and business is amazing.
Since I picked up great "hands-on" experience from the class, I was able to convey a lot of different techniques and theories to even my most veteran employee polishers - and they definitely have a new-found respect for me too.
