| | | | Notices | Hi Unregistered,
I am Josveek Huligar of Huligar Stone Restoration. It is my hope that a few good craftsmen and craftswomen will call this sanctuary a home.
I will try to make this place as appealing to you as possible.
We do have a few ground rules (without rules there can only be chaos).
1. Respect yourself and your trade.2.No trade bashing. But, by all means, please debate. It is through the debates that we get to the truth.
3. In your signature, you may not link to any other site. If you supplied your link in your profile, you may put that link under your avatar
4. Do not insult the guests.
5. Your participation is necessary in all polls. This is the only way we can get real feedback.6.You can post pictures of your work. Please, the only work we really care about is the work you do to stone, not on it (nothing inappropriate).
7. You will also be required to be active in this forum. I intend to rid the NSRA Trade area of the hacks and stone-voyeurs by mandating anyone who wants access to the trade lounge to register with their location and trade. If for any reason a person does not participate for duration of 60 days they will be banned from the lounge "No Beer for you". We have guys who are willing to share their knowledge and experience to the public for free. The least you can do is ask the questions. If trade lounge has just one other person, I would be happy if that one person was someone I could exchange ideas with and by doing so better myself. In that way, this site is more about show and tell.
8. The general public will not be allowed in the trade lounge. The trade lounge members are not allowed in the student lounge. The students will be able to view but not post in the general room. All questions for the trade are to be confined to the trade lounge or they would be redirected to the trade lounge. Anyone in the trade lounge can make a reply to the general room once they keep in mind that we are promoting natural stone as a serviceable product.
9. We are craftsmen and women, not politicians. So leave the politics out.
MIA, Marble Cleaning Net, NTC, sfa and ISI are all welcome here as long as they respect this forum. There is a room where all may place their ads and do their promotions for upcoming events, a calendar for trade shows, educational classes, and any other type of trade gathering. For all the salespeople, we even have a place for you. You can enter your product up for reviews and the good folks will grade your products. I must warn you. If your product is inferior, the whole world will know, quickly. No news travels faster than bad news. For all the homeowners, contractors, and designers we even have a place for you. The general room is where you can ask as many questions as you want. You may not get the answer you are looking for but you will get the right answer. If there is any way that we can make your visit more pleasurable, please let us know. | | kitchen and bath design Discuss, Advanced Kitchens at Restoration and Industry Directory forum; ... | Advanced Kitchens

We pride ourselves on being a dependable and reliable contractor that provides turnkey professional services for kitchen and bath renovation. Our in-house designers and craftsmen give you the peace of mind that comes with working with a knowledgeable full-service firm. Constantly expanding to meet your needs, we are also proud to offer the design and construction of decks, basements, additions, roofing, siding, and more. Visit our Marietta, Georgia showroom to see the beauty of our name brand cabinets, including Ovation Cabinetry, Omega, Dynasty by Omega, Medallion, Wellborn Forest, and Door Components. We'll listen to your requirements and expectations and then develop a custom design, complete with 3-D visuals and a detailed job description with associated pricing, that best meets your expectations, functionality, and economics. Leaving no stone unturned, we want your dream kitchen or bath to become a reality.
Typical Remodel Project with Light Construction:
For most customers who want Advanced Kitchens to provide complete cabinetry design and implementation services along with some light construction needs including electrical, plumbing and tile work, this will be the option to choose. Begin by visiting our showroom to discuss the scope of your project with one of our Design Specialists. This is also an excellent time for you to browse through our extensive collection of cabinetry and accessories and ask questions, as well as a good time for us to get a feel for your tastes and desires.
When you are ready to proceed we will ask you to complete an on-line questionnaire prior to our extensive on-site consultation, interview and measurement. A $700 retainer fee begins the process. This meeting will take a few hours and will include an in-depth question and answer session to determine all aspects of the project including lay-out ideas, styles, functional use of cabinetry, etc. This is an excellent time for you to bring out any magazine clipping or photos of ideas you may have seen throughout your research. Approximately 10 business days later you will meet again with your Design Specialist at our showroom to view complete plans, elevations and perspectives and color computer-generated representations of the design for your project. The color drawings are yours to take home. In addition, we will prepare a budgetary estimate of what your project may cost with the associated design. Once you give us approval to begin final design work a Letter of Intent will be prepared outlining your desire to use our services and a modest second retainer fee based on the estimated budget is required at this time.
From here Advanced Kitchens will work closely with you to finalize the design and all the details associated with your project. Advanced Kitchens will also put together a detailed Job Description outlining all aspects of the project and the associated costs. We will work with you to modify the project until it fits your design needs and your budget. Once complete and you are ready to sign a contract, all associated retainer fees will be credited in their entirety to the cost of the project. Remodeling Project with Heavy Construction:
This option fits homeowners who in addition to the standard needs listed above, would like to have load bearing and/or exterior walls removed, moved or added. Because this requires the specialized efforts of the Advanced Contractors team as well as the services of an Engineer and/or Architect, the process usually takes at least 25-30 business days before the design/budget meeting can be scheduled. In addition, upon approval, Advanced Kitchens will require a 10% retainer fee based upon the estimated budget for the entire project. Of course, the retainer fee along with your initial retainer fee will be credited to the job upon contract signing. Simple Cabinet Refinishing and Counter Top Replacement:
Homeowners who would like to save their existing cabinetry but give them new life and change out their countertops may want to look at cabinet refinishing. Advanced Kitchens has a highly trained and experienced crew that can either paint over the existing cabinetry, or sand down wood cabinets and add a new stain/glaze. For this service, Advanced Kitchens requires only a $500 retainer fee to begin. This retainer will be credited to your project upon contract signing. | Featured Links | | |
