Precision Homes Custom Builders

Hello, I am Henry Wieghat, President of Precision Homes Custom Builders, Inc. I think I express myself better at a jobsite or the drawing table than I do by talking, but I want to personally thank you for your interest in our company and the product we offer.

I have been working in the construction business since I was 16 years old, starting back in Brenham, Texas. I then moved to Houston and began working for a large homebuilder as a cleanup man, working my way up to a foreman. I literally learned home building from the ground up-- with some of my first experience being formsetting and concrete work. My on-the-job education taught me remodeling and framing....and all the way through inspections.

Along the way, I discovered I had a knack for getting the best out of my fellow workers. This gift allowed me to become a superintendent; running crews efficiently while maintaining high-production. I later became vice-president of another building firm. I personally became involved with everything from planning, to sales and closing on the homes, including all phases of construction.
In 1960, my experience allowed me to start my own firm. Precision Homes began as "custom built on your lot" builders and later became a "speculative" builder during the the boom and bust years of the seventies. Now we are committed to focusing solely on building custom homes on our customer's lots.

Over the years, I have learned a lot about building houses, and what it takes to make a house a home. I feel I have put together a fine team of people whose purpose is to make sure we offer you, the potential home-buyer, what you are looking for: A quality-built structure, at an affordable price, which will hold its value and last for years to come.
