Formerly known as Four Square Builders, Dunn Custom Builders has been pleasing clients in and around Greenville since 1974. President Billy Dunn, a second-generation builder, first learned the importance of quality and customer follow-up as a Milliken manager. Since returning to the building industry in 1987, Billy has added to his portfolio of successful projects gorgeous homes in some of greater Greenville’s most prestigious communities. In 2004, the company name was modified to reflect Billy’s personal involvement and commitment to each unique project.
