Seam Problem.

I had a same problem with the other member that showed on the picture:

ok, which one of the problems do you have?
Just the seam are the dull area around the seam?

You need to find a restoration guy that is in you area that know how to polish the surface of the stone. You may need to send to this site.

That is a loaded question. It is only a hand few of us that can this type of work. I do not know of anyone in Omaha that can do this type of job. Most installers do not even know that this type of job can be done. We have classes in hopes to get more people involve in this aspect of the stone industry.

I notice you have fabricator on your profile.Check out some of the vids in the gallery of Huligar's classes. Some amazing stuff.Mr. Huligar's classes are hands- on training.I'm waiting for the next class myself.

Steve I did not even check the profile.
As soon as we have 3 or more guys we will have the class.

Here is two videos of a re-polishing of black granite.



The job can be done, you just need some hands on training before you attempt it in a finish home.

That works for me. I'm taking the "positive" on waiting. I get to practice, some more experience in the field and reading\ studying the pro's work on the forum. It's all good.
