Hobo, thanks i wasnt aware of that. my only concern with any type of material is that it doesnt get smeared all over the stone and only gets in the joints.

10-4, That is a valid concern. The problem is,there are very few tile installer who are qualified to applied epoxy correctly in my opinion, his biggest challenge is fining someone who can do it. But we've given him afew options to explore.

I would find something I liked and then I would install it to the specifications set out in your locally legislated building codes with references to an internationally recognized association that sets guidlines for the stone industry so that you're in compliance with statutory laws and guide lines set out by these long-standing institutions on stone.
