Exactly. But what we come up with is all ours to make no money with.

I have used the powders to get the final pop too. Abs black is not easy for me to get but I have. Jo thinks it is easy. My favorite method is the rigid 3" discs (not Alpha's) up to 800 then the New tech. 4" pads 1000,2000,3000, then Alpha final buff. The problem with some of the powders is that they get into the pores which hazes the shine. Even the black powder leaves gray in the pores. Sometimes it is only a matter of getting it back out of the pores with sealer or another liquid.

I would join this conversation, but this is not the area to be telling others our craft. join us down it the trade area, where we can explore all the ways to polish black and other so call difficult stones.

It is not the products so much as the technique anyway. That is only going to be either tought in a class or the figured out the hard way.

You can buy all the products you want and still not get it.
