Can you apply this kind of flooring treatment in your bedroom,living room, bathroom, etc. Is this safe for children and pets?

Terrazzo makes a good flooring. Turns out like 1 solid sheet and is very hard and durable. Almost( almost) to the point on indestructible. Make for a clean environment if you or family have allergies. GL

Insitu Epoxy terrazzo have great finishand the best part is it can be seamless with great finishOfcourse it can be used in living room, hall etcbut the cost factor will be a big diff.almost 75 times more than the normal cemen terrazzo flooring

Both Resin & Portland cement terrazzo floor are excellent choices for interior of residential & commercial structures, Due to the fact there both a solid poured floor no grout joint to clean, very little effort to maintain them if honed and polished , design to last a forever with proper care, plus it will lower your cooling cost during the summer, that why during the 50's & 60' in hot climate it was a excellent choice for flooring.

Epoxy flooring tends to cost less ($17.00 an up per sq ft) then Portland cement terrazzo ($27.00 an up per sq ft) due to it takes alot more skill & steps to install Portland terrazzo... In fact, You would be hard press to find a Terrazzo Mechanic (Installer) who is under the age of 40 that even knows how to install Portland terrazzo. With the proper aggerates, design, honing & polishing techqnic it one of the most beautiful floors in the world...

	Honing Honing: This is the third and sometimes last stage. At the hone stage, the surface is ~65% scratch free. There are several degrees of hone. All will leave the stone looking clean but aged.

	Polishing Polishing: This is the final stage, which leaves the surface with reflective characteristics.
