Top I couldn't agree more with you I don't want to get caught up in their crap. I am having to jump though hoops just to make the client happy that the products I will be using will be compatible with the dry treat shit. also I told her I don't understand why she is having it sealed again when we just cleaned and sealed it with a 3 year seal just last month.... that is what is getting my goat. people that don't understand how things work, but hire a professional and still don't take their "professional opinion" after they have worked with them for 6 years, and have too much money for their own good can really be a pain in the ass. but I can't tell you all that - you already know that....

Re: dry treat????

Personally I like Drytreat and Stonetech as a choice of enhancing and impregnating sealers. I understand these products well.
I've never had a call back in the 5+ yrs I've used the Drytreat sealers and consolidators.
The warranty is what they want.
What they want is what they get.
I get paid more protecting stone from stain and water damage than the repairing of stone.
This is preventive maintenance and the customer is willing to pay for "piece of mind".
But what do I know!.........I've got a rat on my head!!!
