Our number one concern is making the home building experience a good one for our customers. In business since 1972, we build for families who have their own land, with home plans ranging from the $80,000's to $300,000+.
To serve our customers more effectively, America's Home Place has developed a network of sales offices in Georgia, South Carolina, North Carolina, Tennessee, Florida, and Mississippi, consisting of production crews and corporate teams. Currently we have over 350 full-time staff and some 4,000 construction workers. In fact, we are one of the nations largest "on your lot" home builders.
In-House Architectural Design
At our sales offices, you will see over 70 custom home plans and designs for all types of housing needs. Your Professional Building Consultant can assist you in choosing which home plan is best for you and guide you through our many options.
Color Selection Room
Each sales office features a color selection area with a variety of selections for your roof, cabinet and countertop colors and much more. This enables you to completely decorate your new home at one location and eliminate the burden of going to several different locations to make your choices.
Top-Quality Production Standards
America's Home Place is proud of the caliber of our Building Superintendents and construction workers. During our 30 years of experience, America's Home Place has developed a system of site meetings and pre-construction meetings prior to beginning construction. This assures you that you are getting what you expect in your new home. You will work directly with your building superintendent. Every stage of construction is checked by our Superintendent to assure you that our rigid quality standards are being met. Approximately two weeks prior to occupancy, we make a thorough inspection to identify all items of a minor nature, which should be corrected. Our service crew will then promptly complete these items in order that your new home will be complete when you move in.
