I think this is B.S. I have done several granite installs lately in the less expensine stones for people who are selling their homes. Most needed to replace their laminate tops just to sell. Granite is not as high end as it used to be. About the onlky thing less expensive is laminate. The Zodiaq, Corian, and others similar are more expensive than natural stones in my area.
