Our customers are telling us that milk cartons, canned foods, even beer bottles are leaving
a stain. We tried paper towel and mild soap (let dry) to absorb the stains, poultice, steel wool and pamirand resealing. Nothing seems to work. Any ideas as to what will work.

If you have AB granite with areas that have lighten up it color; it was probably a dyed stone in which acidic liquids have moved or removed the dye. This has to be explained to the customer that it was not your sealer but a choice made by the manufacturer to give the stone a more intense black look. The remedy is to remove it all to expose the true beauty of the natural stone that it is.

Also, do tests with your sealer before you apply in customers home. Now that you have call backs is a time to stop what your doing and answer the cause of the problems.
