Care and Use
Since Artisan Group™ uses the finest stones in the world, crafted by the best Artisans in the industry, it is important that proper care and use procedures are used.
To keep your investment looking good for years to come we suggest the following:
Do clean up spills immediately.
* Use an absorbent cloth followed by FIRSTLINE™ cleaner and restorer.
Do use trivets and cutting boards.
* Protect your countertops from excessive heat and wear by placing hot pots on a trivet, not directly on the granite.
* Protect your fine cutlery by using a cutting board, not cutting directly on the granite.
Do use coasters and placemats.
* Your Artisan granite is an investment in your home. Like fine furniture, it is to be treated with care. Protecting the granite surface from food and drink spills will maintain the brand new appearance indefinitely.
Do use FIRSTLINE™ cleaner & restorer.
* FIRSTLINE cleaner is the best daily cleanup product available for granite.
* Using FIRSTLINE not only leaves your countertops beautifully clean, it also protects and enhances the original Artisan Sealer.
Don't use non-recommended cleaners.
* Don't use abrasive cleansers.
* Don't use acidic cleaners.
Don't worry.
* With very simple daily cleaning, and the use of trivets, cutting boards and place mats your countertops will maintain their original beauty for many years to come. |
I looked all over the site for the warranty with out any success. Most other companies that have try similar selling techniques, only cover the cost of the stone care kit. I could only find four stones on the site that may need sealing if they were not correctly treated in the first place. they have a list of installers that you can use but, as we all know, a lot of fabricators will jump on the short bus to fill his/her pockets and leave you out in the cold. Your best bet wit picking stone is to find a fabricator who takes pride in his work, Buy a proven daily cleaner like Lustro Italiano, and take pride in your home. That is all that is needed. The only brand of stone is mother nature.
