Re: Marble shower walls

Thanks guys for all the info. I don't know where to start, more ''?'' Cheesedog I haven't ruled out grout 100% the instructions w/ marble states NOT to use nonsanded grout? How would that work w/ 1/16 grout line? sand scratches on polish? Any caulking type between pan & wall that won't grow fungus & discolor? Huligar any tips on epoxy grout? your post was encouraging! Topshop setting tiles w/ epoxy adhesive to the backer board sounds like a good idea, I'm not concerned about thinset discoloring the marble, but with moisture behind the tiles I am. I do plan on using a plastic vapor barrier between studs and cement board, will this be ok? Or will I get moisture buildup in the shower wall that abutts the outside of the house?
