I believe it a epoxy resin with a accelerator,but I'm not a installer that why i did not recommended a brand, i left it for guy's who has more knowledge in this area that would be able to help you. I can tell you if you install & seal your tiles properly and have proper ventilation, you should not have a mildew problem. also, it going to be very importance to use the proper cleaning agent's ( available NSRA on-line store ) and i would say re-seal it annually. Just my opinion....
