Nice point Hobo, but why stop there. We can also tell him once he use the crystillization the floor holds more dust, the floor gets softer, the crystillization has to be done 3-5 times a year to keep the shine, when it is time to restore the floor it would call for a full ground in place, and the cost of crystillization is more than the proper restoration in the long run.
