If you must pick one of the two guys that you mention above, pick the guy that like crystillization. This way the guy that does not like crystillization can come back in a few weeks and get paid twice the amount to clean up after the first guy. this way both of the restoration guys are happy.

Ok, With out the jokes. if you use the crystillization the floor will not last. as a contractor I am sure you have seen those floors that look like plastic, crack and parts of the floor missing the marble chips. This is all because of the crystillization and poor stone care.
