Thanks very much for the comments.
I didn't build the site myself ( I only supplied the content) so everytime I need to change I have to go through the designer ( you even lost me when you start mentioning meta tags etc)

I appreciate all critisim and comments, this is the first website I have had and it's been a real learning curve for me.
