Wow, is that a fact? Do you know that most granite does not need to be sealed? Do you know that the man-made stuff is UV sensitive? Was it explained to you that the quartz is heat resistant but not the binders? Did they also tell you why man-made stone does not have a great polish? The only advantage man-made stone had over natural stone was the fact that the seams were almost invisible, I did say had because there is a new breed of craftsmen that is putting the art back into the industry.
